ATMAN is an allegorical tale. A man walks toward a tree that may not exist. Landscapes shift around him : a summit, a train, branches without end. Each encounter becomes a fruit, each fruit a question. « There exists in the Universe a tree which holds life itself in all its forms. » So begins the journey of the Noble, across inner altitudes where the memory of origins mingles with the promise of another life. Written from Prague, in exile, by an Albanian voice that prefers the shadow of the page to the noise of the world. A work where language seeks less to say than to suggest.
